Poland's pharmaceutical market shrank in July by 1.5% year on year and by almost 10% month on month to 1.66 billion zlotys in net wholesale prices, a report by IMS Health shows.
"July is the second month in a row with wholesale sales to pharmacies declining y/y," IMS Health expert Marcin Gawronski said as quoted in the report. The annual growth rate hit 7-month low, he noted.
In the year to date, drug sales increased by some 5% y/y to over 13.5 billion zlotys.
