Poland's contribution to the EU budget in 2011 will be 133 million euros less than the 3.9 billion euros previously planned, as there is a surplus from 2010, the European Parliament has announced.
The European Parliament voted for lowering member states' contributions to the 2011 budget by a total of 4.54 billion euros.
