As the official election campaign may not be started before the president sets the election date, ruling Civic Platform (PO) party will start "an information action", the party's caucus deputy head Malgorzata Kidawa-Blonska said.
PO will start handing out leaflets describing changes and investments carried out by the government in the past four years.
A door-to-door campaign could appeal to potential voters as it shows the determination of politicians, political scientist Jaroslaw Flis commented for the daily Gazeta Wyborcza.
