A diary of a writer

Most people think that my life is easy but writing is actually a very difficult job. I started writing when I was 10. My dad was not happy with my hobby. 'It is not for boys! Boys like cars, girls and fishing', he always said. Of course now he is happy because I earn a lot of money. My mother read all me stories. She bought me a notebook for writing them down. When I was 18 I wrote my first book. I wanted to publish it but it wasn't easy. I was in 50 publishing companies! I also sent my book by mail to different people. Finally a company from Alaska decided to publish my book. I got very little money for it but I was happy anyway. A lot of people criticized my book but my mum said, 'Never listen to mean people. If you like your book, it is good'. I write every day. Even if I am tired or ill. It is my job and I have to do it. I often drink hot coffee with milk before I start writing. I also travel to different towns and cities to meet my fans. I get letters from my fans very often and I answer to all letters. I love writing but I love reading too! I have hundreds of books at home. Books are my passion.
