Brian: Mum! I am really nervous! Mum: Brian you are very talented. You have nothing to worry about. Brian: I am not sure if I trained hard enough. Mum: Honey you spent three months preparing for this contest. I am sure you will win. Brian: I am stressed. Mum: Ok. You have to relax. Breathe deeply and count to ten. Everything will be fine. Brian: Look at other contestants. They look so self confident. Mum: I am sure they are as afraid as you are. Brian: What will happen if I lose? Mum: Darling if you lose you will try again. Brian: I wish I wasn't so nervous. Mum: I believe in you! You will win!
