Travelling by bike

Travelling by bike is a cheap way to move from one place to another. It is also a very healthy way of spending your free time. If you are going to ride a bike, remember not to take too many things. You should wear warm clothes but also take a t-shirt with you if it gets warm. If it is a sunny day, take sunglasses. Do not listen to mp3 or walkman when you are riding a bike - you may not hear cars or other vehicles and it is dangerous. It is a good idea to take a cap. If it rains, you won't get wet. Always remember to take water and drink it regularly. You should also take a few sandwiches or fruit to give you energy. Taking chocolate with you is not a good idea - it can melt and sugar is not good for you. You should take a blanket with you. If you get tired, you can sit on the blanket and relax. Ask your friends to go with you. Riding a bike is much more pleasant if you have good company.
